VJ Cooks × DediKate week offers

These terms apply to the CookPlan and DediKate offers promoted during VJ Cooks × DediKate week. By claiming an offer, you agree to these terms.

General terms

  1. The offers are available from 12:00am Sunday 8 November 2026 to 11:59pm Monday 16 November 2026 (NZDT). Offers claimed outside these dates will not be honoured.
  2. The CookPlan offer is provided by VJ Cooks Ltd. The DediKate offer is provided by Kate Ivey Fitness Ltd. Each business is responsible for its own offer, billing and customer support.
  3. Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. The same prices apply in Australian dollars (AUD) for customers in Australia. DediKate pricing for other regions is shown on the sign-up page when you choose your region.
  4. Each offer is limited to one per person and one per account.
  5. The offers cannot be used with any other discount, promotion or promo code, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. The offers are available to new and returning customers only. If you already have an active CookPlan or DediKate subscription, you can't claim the offer for that app, but you can claim the offer for the other one.
  7. Kate Ivey Fitness Ltd and VJ Cooks may change or withdraw these offers at any time, but this won't affect offers already claimed.
  8. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

DediKate offer: 3 months for $60

  1. Your first 3 months of DediKate cost $60 (valued at $99), billed in full on the day you sign up.
  2. There is no free trial with this offer.
  3. Your membership includes full access to everything on DediKate.
  4. After your first 3 months, your membership will automatically renew at $60 every 8 weeks until you cancel.
  5. You can cancel at any time in DediKate under My Subscription > Edit my Plans. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current paid term, and your membership will then end. Payments already made are not refunded for unused time, except where required by law.
  6. Changing to a different membership plan may mean the offer price no longer applies.
  7. Please check with your doctor or health professional before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have an injury or health condition.

CookPlan offer: 3 months for $30

  1. Your first 3 months of CookPlan cost $30 (valued at $47.97, based on the standard price of $15.99 a month).

Your information

  1. Any personal information you provide when claiming an offer is collected and used in line with the privacy policy of the business providing that offer: the Kate Ivey Fitness privacy policy and the VJ Cooks privacy policy.
