Kate Ivey
Founder and Trainer
Bachelor of Physical Education, Scholarship in Exercise Prescription, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Certificate in Food and Nutrition, Level 4 Freestyle Group Exercise and Level 3 Circuit Training, Dr Stacy Sims Certificate Menopause 2.0.
Founder and CEO of Kate Ivey Fitness and DediKate, Kate is passionate about helping women to be successful with their health and fitness, while maintaining balance. She started DediKate to help busy Kiwi women like herself to lead positive, healthy and fitness-filled lives.

Anna McDermid
Head Peri to Post Menopause Trainer Certificate in Exercise Level 3 and 4, Certificate in Group Fitness Level 3, Pre and Postnatal Core Restore Level 1 and Dr Stacy Sims Certificate Menopause 2.0
Anna is one of our amazing HIIT + Strength Trainers, she loves being able to help train and motivate members from her living room/neighbourhood to theirs. Anna is a mother of two living in sunny Marlborough where the wine grows and flows! She's a HIIT kind of girl and loves the combo of resistance training and HIIT in Ignite! When she's not working, she loves exercising outdoors and heading down the Sounds with her fam. "I wouldn’t say I’m naturally fit or a naturally fast runner, I’ve had to work damn hard to get to where I am now and I’m proud of myself for it!"

Kathryn Schirmer
HIIT + Strength Trainer
Certificate III in Fitness & currently near completion of Certificate IV. Dr Stacy Sims Certificate Menopause 2.0. Empowered Scholarship Program - Active Farmers.
Kathryn lives on a farm just outside Lockhart, NSW, with her hubby Josh and their 5 children! Kathryn has her Cert III in fitness and has nearly finished her Cert IV, she is an Active Farmers trainer and she was an avid DediKate member before joining the team.
Kathryn also has a nursing and midwifery background, but has swapped her scrubs for activewear! She is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others, especially in the bush, by empowering them through fitness and wellbeing to improve both physical and mental health.

Cara Hitt-Winitana
HIIT + Strength Trainer
Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Stacy Sims Menopause 2.0, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Weightlifting
Mum of 2, based in the Bunbury, South West of Western Australia.
Experienced Personal Trainer and CrossFit coach with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. In December 2025, they sold their successful CrossFit Business (CrossFit Bunbury) of 12.5 years, which was an emotional but rewarding milestone for us. Now I’m specialising in face-to-face coaching for women over 35. I’m passionate about helping women feel capable, strong, and supported through midlife and beyond.
Cara love's family time, hanging out at the beach, training with friends and winding down each night with a good book.

Jacq Manson
Pilates & Yoga Trainer
Certified in Vinyasa Flow, 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. Reform Pilates Certified Trainer Module 1. Donna Farhi yoga foundations workshops.
Jacq lives in Mosgiel to be close to the Taieri airfield with her husband Tim who flys the local rescue helicopter, much to the delight of their 2.5 year old son Mackenzie who is a helicopter enthusiast! A passionate advocate of strength and fitness, she fell in love with the practice of yoga 10+ years ago to balance her active lifestyle and promote calm in the body and mind. Every year Jacq likes to undertake one big adventure to mark the year by, her favourite is multi-day ultra marathons anywhere from the Himalayas to the Amazon jungle.

Matika Laycock
HIIT and Strength Trainer
Bachelor of Exercise & Nutrition Sciences & Cert III & IV in Fitness.
Matika (Teek) is a proud country girl, born and raised on a cattle property near Injune, Queensland. Growing up, she was deeply involved in a variety of sports, sparking her lifelong love for health and fitness.
With a strong passion for bringing exercise to the bush, Teek is dedicated to inspiring rural communities to come together, connect, and thrive through movement.

Mikahla Collins
HIIT and Strength trainer
Cert III and IV in Fitness, including Kettlebell Level 1.
Mikahla is a HIIT and Strength on DediKate from York, Western Australia. Born and raised in the Central Wheatbelt of WA, Mikahla now lives on a sheep and cropping farm with her husband Mitchell, 2 year old Fletcher and baby Kennedy.
She loves strength and power training, as well as using resistance bands to get a targeted burn. Mikahla aims to motivate and inspire regional and rural women through movement and is an advocate for spreading the message of how important exercise is for your physical and mental health.

Julia Wilkinson
HIIT and Strength trainer
National Certificate in Fitness (Group Fitness Level 3), Polestar Pilates Mat Certification, 200hr Ashtanga YTTC, Hañsa Yoga Therapy 100hr, Certified in Hypopressive Exercise Levels 1, 2 & 3, Pelvic Floor Safe Fitness Instructor, BirthWorks Childbirth Educator.
Julia is a mum of three boys based in Christchurch who knows first-hand that exercise isn't a luxury. It's what keeps her cup full and ensures she shows up as her best self for her family. She's a self-confessed nerd who loves nothing more than geeking out on the latest research in women's health, and she brings all of that into her training. She creates sessions that are high intensity and seriously effective, without leaving your body feeling wrecked.
Julia believes that when you understand how a woman's body actually works, you can train smarter. She wasn't always the sporty one. She was the kid who came last in the cross country. But somewhere between school and university she discovered what movement could do for her body, her confidence, and her mental health, met her husband at the gym, and has never looked back. Now she's passionate about passing that same gift on to her own children and to every woman she trains.

M'Liss is a Pilates and Yoga instructor who brings the high vibes, the burn and feel fab energy to every session. Passionate about women's health and wellness she's all about helping you feel strong, confident and completely at home in your own body. Her classes are designed to challenge you, to uplift you and to leave you feeling taller, stronger and glowing from the inside out.
Born and raised in the Central West of NSW and having lived on a remote cattle station, she knows how tricky it can be getting to a gym or finding the motivation to move your body and she loves that she has found that movement can be done wherever you are, all you need is yourself and Dedikate.
