1. Offer Period: This promotion is valid from Sunday 16 August to Monday 24 August 2026 midnight (NZ, AU, UK and US).
2. Eligibility: The offer is available to members in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States who sign up for a One Year Membership (Annual Plan) on DediKate during the promotional period. This includes members upgrading from the Weekly or 8-Weekly plan. Limit one free gift per membership account. Members already on the 1-Year Plan are not eligible for the guaranteed free boots — instead, they are eligible to enter a separate giveaway for 5 pairs of Andie Boots, with entry details sent via the DediKate Update email on Monday 17 August 2026. Members who have received a previous free present-with-signup from Kate Ivey Fitness or DediKate in the past 15 months are not eligible.
3. Offer Details: Upon signing up for a One Year Membership and entering code MERRYNZ / MERRYAU / MERRYUS or MERRYUK at checkout depnding on your location, members will receive a free pair of Merry People Andie Boots, valued at NZD$205 / AUD$169.99 (or local currency equivalent). 1-Year Plan pricing: NZD/AUD $299.99 (approx. $5.77/week), USD $189.99 (approx. $3.65/week), GBP £149.99 (approx. £2.88/week). Members upgrading from the Weekly or 8-Weekly plan will have their 1-Year Plan activated within 24 hours of entering the code, with the remainder of their current term applied as a credit towards their payment. Sizes and colours are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Redemption: Following successful sign-up or upgrade and entry of code MERRYNZ / MERRYAU / MERRYUS or MERRYUK, members will receive an email with a link to claim their boots, where they can select their size and colour preference before stock runs out. 5. Non-Transferable & No Cash Alternative: The free gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. If a member's selected size or colour is unavailable, DediKate will offer the closest available alternative.
6. Shipping: Free gifts will be shipped once size, colour and address has been confirmed. All goods will be shipped directly from Merry People once the promoation has ended. Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery.*
7. Giveaway (Existing 1-Year Members): The 5-pair giveaway for existing 1-Year Plan members is a separate promotion with its own entry mechanic, detailed in the DediKate Update email of Monday 17 August 2026. Winners will be selected and notified by DediKate; the free gift terms in clauses 5–6 above apply equally to giveaway winners.
