We are so pleased you have found us through Mish. DediKate has been designed to enable people to achieve their health and fitness goals, without having to spend too much time or energy! Our focus is on looking and feeling your best and never giving up!
Mish believes that a commitment to self is powerful. Letting go of what we think our practice should look like, whether it be 5 minutes or 50, and surrender to whatever it can be. This ability to keep showing up for ourselves impacts our capacity to thrive, to live more in the joy, freedom and ease of each moment. Mish's Qualifications & Experience:
Certified Pilates Instructor, she has completed over 400 hours in Yoga, meditation, breathwork and Himalayan kundalini.
