We are so pleased you have found us through Caroline. DediKate has been designed to enable people to achieve their health and fitness goals, without having to spend too much time or energy! Our focus is on looking and feeling your best and never giving up!
Caroline is one of our amazing trainers, she leads HIIT, Boxing and Strength workouts on DediKate. Caroline is passionate about maintaining and participating in physical activity in day to day life. She leads her workouts in an encouraging and realistic way, just hit play and it will feel like you are working out directly with her!
Caroline's Qualifications & Experience:
Certificate in Personal Training, Certificate in Boxing for Fitness Instructors, Bachelor of Teaching and Learning (Primary)

Boxing
We offer two types of boxing workouts; BOXhiit, HIIT style workouts to improve your all round fitness and strength and BOXlift, low impact yet fast paced boxing style weight training workouts.
Weight Training
Using basic equipment, tone and strengthen your body with our low impact strength workouts and our high intensity resistance training workouts that you can do anywhere.

Our HIIT workouts are designed to be a short and high intensity blast. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time to get results.
Yoga & Pilates
Designed to help you centre your mind and body, strengthen, tone and improve your flexibility, muscle balance and control.
Resistance Band Workouts
A 20 minute high intensity resistance workout using resistance bands. You will tone and strengthen your entire body, with an extra focus on your legs, core and glutes.
