Billie leads Yin Yoga and meditations at DediKate and loves it! She specilises in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Pre-Natal Yoga. Billie leads her sessions with positivity and encouragement, Billie's voice puts you at ease so you can dive deeper into your poses and fully relax. Just hit play and it will feel like you are in a session directly with her!
Billie's Qualifications & Experience:
200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, 200 hour Pilates Training, Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts
