We are so pleased you have found us through Anna. DediKate has been designed to enable people to achieve their health and fitness goals, without having to spend too much time or energy! Our focus is on looking and feeling your best and never giving up!
Anna is our head trainer, she leads HIIT and Strength workouts on DediKate. Anna is passionate about leading a balanced lifestyle. She leads her workouts in a motivating yet real way, just hit play and it will feel like you are working out with her!
Anna's Qualifications & Experience:
Certificate in Exercise Level 3 and 4, Certificate in Group Fitness Level 3

HIIT Training
Our HIIT workouts are designed to be a short and high intensity blast. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time to get results.
Weight Training
Using basic equipment, tone and strengthen your body with our low impact strength workouts and our high intensity resistance training workouts that you can do anywhere.
Resistance Band Workouts
A 20 minute high intensity resistance workout using resistance bands. You will tone and strengthen your entire body, with an extra focus on your legs, core and glutes.
Stretching & Relaxation
Designed to do on rest days or after a workout, when you need to unwind or when your mind and body wants some go-slow.

Boot Camp Blasts
30 minutes of intense exercise, with household items. It uses a variety of methods to challenge you, make you sweat and help you get results faster!

20-30 minute low impact sessions, designed to strengthen and tone and improve your flexibility, muscle balance and control.
Boxing
We offer two types of boxing workouts; BOXhiit, HIIT style workouts to improve your all round fitness and strength and BOXlift, low impact yet fast paced boxing style weight training workouts.
Low Impact
Low impact (no jumping) workout options so you can build strength and fitness without high impact on your body.
