What is DediKate?
DediKate is an online fitness community designed to help busy women fit exercise into their lives. Whether you're a beginner, returning to fitness, pregnant, postnatal, peri to post menopausal or advanced, we’ve got something for you. Our focus is on progress, not perfection.
Who is DediKate for?
DediKate is for down-to-earth women with real lives, everyone is welcome! Our members are mums, professionals, farmers, shift workers, students, you name it. No matter your age, fitness level or location, we’re here to support you.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all. We have beginner friendly workouts and structured programmes to guide you every step of the way. Start where you are, and build from there.
What kind of workouts are included?
You’ll find strength, HIIT, Pilates, Yoga, Cardio, Running, Stretching, Boxing, Pregnancy & Postnatal, Peri to Menopause specific sessions and more! Choose from workout planners and challenges, our workout of the day feature or go freestyle with 5–45 min options.
How much time do I need?
Our workouts are designed especially for busy women so most are 20 minutes, with options from 5 to 45 minutes! Our workouts are short and effective, perfect for fitting around your lifestyle.
What equipment do I need?
No equipment is needed! But if you'd like to do our weights workouts you will need dumbbells. 1-4kgs and 4-10kgs. There are also other workout options for those with resistance bands, kettlebells and pilates balls.
What’s included in my membership?
Everything! Unlimited access to workouts, programmes, challenges, mindset and nutrition content, expert Tips & Tricks, Facebook support group, live sessions, and more.

Can I try before I commit?
Absolutely! We offer a 7-day free trial on our weekly and 8-week membership options, so you can explore DediKate and see if it’s the right fit for you.
All of our memberships are subscription based, and you can cancel at any time. You'll continue to have access to DediKate for the remainder of your current term.
For example:
- If you start a membership with a 7-day free trial and cancel on day 2, you’ll still have access for the full 7 days.
- If you sign up for an annual membership and cancel after 6 months, you’ll retain access for the remaining 6 months.
It’s commitment-free flexibility, just the way it should be.
Is there a DediKate app?
Yes! DediKate has a progressive web App. Save it to your home screen and our web platform turns into an app. The DediKate App is not found through the App stores.
