What type of yoga practice is it?
Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative.
Will there be meditations?
Yes! These are an optional component of DediKate Rejuventate.
Do I need equipment?
Nope! Just a comfortable space! A yoga mat is preferred but not necessary, and a Yoga Block is optional too.
Is this suitable for all fitness levels
Our workouts are suitable for ALL fitness levels! Our trainers provide modifications for all fitness levels, and encourage you to do your best.
If you are pregnant or postpartum, simply print the DWAM Planner and then follow our pregnancy programme, DediKate Baby, or our postpartum programme, DediKate Glow. This means you can do the right programme for you, but still take part in DediKate Twenty and be in the running to win the prize!
What else do I get access to?
As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! There are no hidden fees!

Is this open for both New Zealanders and Australians?
Yes it sure is! Infact anyone anywhere in the world can join!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your DediKate Membership at any time. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due.

Helen Cole - Yoga Instructor
E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance.
Helen has taught yoga for twelve years, with over a thousand teaching hours of experience. She has a passion for anatomy and brings a wealth of knowledge on how the body works as it moves through postures and sequences, combined with the breath. She loves introducing beginners to yoga, watching them transform from the inside out, and challenging more experienced yogis to achieve something thought beyond the realm of possibility.

Mish Pavone - Pilates, Meditation and Breathwork Instructor
Certified Pilates Instructor, over 400 hours in Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Himalayan Kundalini.
Mish's dedicated approach to wellness has evolved over the years, but her passion for this work stems from a deep desire to heal, nurture and live a life with more joy, ease and grace.

Erin Waldron - Pilates Instructor

Erin leads Pilates and Postpartum Pilates at DediKate and loves it! With a background in dance and personal training, she loves how Pilates gives her energy and makes her feel alive.

Billie Buckthought - Yoga Teacher
200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, 200 hour Pilates Training, Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts
Billie takes Hatha and Yin Yoga, as well as our new meditations. She specilises in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Pre-Natal Yoga and is also a qualified Pilates Instrutor.
