What does the $10 give me access to?

Everything on DediKate until Sunday 18th April. This includes all our workouts, nutrition information, recipes, running plans and more!

What workouts do I do?

You choose! We know everyone will have different goals and preferences, so you can choose from our amazing selection. If you need help just get in touch with us. We also recommend you plan what workouts you want to do at the start of each week.

Where does the $10 go?

The entire $10, less our payment platform fees goes to the Mental Health Charity called I AM HOPE. The fee is 2.9% plus 30 cents - so from your $10, $9.41 goes straight there.

How much money are you aiming to raise?

Last year over 500 members and new members took part, so we raised over $5000. This year we hope to raise over $10,000.

I am already a member or on free trial, why don't I get access to DediKate for only $10?

We are able to do this amazing thing for charity, because of our current members! So we thank you so much. If we gave this deal to exisiting members or those already on free trial, we wouldn't financially be able to do this.
