When does DediKate Knockout start?
It officially starts on Monday 10th May, but you can get started on DediKate and do a few workouts before then.
Do I need equipment?
Yes. To get the most out of DediKate Baby you will need:
- Dumbbells
- Resistance Bands (Get them HERE!
- Swiss Ball
If you don't have these, no worries. You can do the no equipment workouts to start with and invest in the equipment when it feels right for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can can cancel your DediKate Membership at anytime. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would've been due. If anything happens during your pregnancy please email kate at: kate@kateiveyfitness.co.nz
What types of workouts are included in the challenge?
The workouts include Introductory Sculpt, Pregnancy Power Sessions, Pregnancy Yoga, and Core Connect. All workouts included are designed for pregnancy.
What else do I get access to?
As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! There are no hidden fees!
This includes new workouts uploaded each week, workout challenges, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!

Is the challenge suitable for all fitness levels?
This challenge is suitable for almost all fitness levels. Many of our workouts have beginner-advanced levels. Our trainers also give modifications for intense or hard exercises!
Do I need boxing equipment?
No you don't. Boxing pads etc are not used in our boxing workouts, but if you have them you are welcome to use them.

Boxing builds strength through shadowed moves. Boxing is a full body workout this means it helps to build strength all the way from your feet to your head!

It also has great cardiovascular endurance benefits. The combination of both cardiovascular endurance and strength training works to burn fat and build muscle!

By using your entire body, moving and transitioning from move to move in different positions you are improving your balance by challenging it.

Boxing is extremely beneficial for helping your hand-eye coordination. When you box, your body works in harmony with your fists and eyes to build your fine motor skills.

Caroline loves mountain biking, running and weight training. She specialises in HIIT and Strength based workouts and leads Sculpt and Boxing workouts on DediKate.
