What else do I get access to?
As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! There are no hidden fees!
This includes new workouts uploaded each week, all workout programmes challenges, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!
Do I need equipment?
Equipment is optional! All you need is a small space to workout and either a phone, tablet or laptop.
If you want to do weights workouts, you will need:
- 1 set of Dumbbells, 1-4+kgs (light weights)
- 1 set of Dumbbells, 4-10+kgs (heavy weights)
- 1 set of Dumbbells, 8-20+kgs (super heavy weights if you are going the PPM Sculpts)
And for some fun, our favourite non-essentials include earphones and a set of Resistance Bands! Get them HERE!
Is this programme open to both NZ and Australia?
It sure is! Infact anyone anywhere in the world can take part.

Is this suitable for all fitness levels
Our workouts are suitable for ALL fitness levels! Our trainers provide modifications for all fitness levels, and encourage you to do your best.
If you are pregnant or postpartum, simply print the Kate and Anna's Utlimate Challenge Planner and then follow our pregnancy programme, DediKate Baby, or our postpartum programme, DediKate Glow. This means you can do the right programme for you, but still take part in this Challenge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your DediKate Membership at any time. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due.
When does this challenge start?
We officially start Monday, April 27th! However you can register anytime up to Sunday, May 4th 12pm NZST!
Types of Workouts
Kate and Anna's Ultimate Challenge includes a variation of types of workouts to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!
Weight Training
Using basic equipment, tone and strengthen your body with our low impact strength workouts and our high intensity resistance training workouts that you can do anywhere.
HIIT and Strength Workouts
Each week we release new no equipment HIIT workouts, and strength training workouts using just a Swiss ball and 2 sets of dumbbells. Workout with us from the comfort of your own home, in the park or at the gym. Just hit play and follow along with us.
Low Impact
Low impact (no jumping) workout options so you can build strength and fitness without high impact on your body.
Yoga and Pilates
Each week there are 2 new Pilates sessions and 2 new Yoga sessions added to DediKate. Perfect to balance out our more intense workouts, or to do alongside the Nutrition Education Programme while you focus on improving your nutrition.
Cardio
Our audio cardio workouts are designed to motivate and encourage you through your session. Great for those who want to increase their cardio fitness, efficiency and endurance.
Peri to Post Menopause
Expertly designed to support your hormones, bone health, and overall wellbeing through strength, mobility, and low-impact training — helping you feel balanced, strong, and confident at every stage.

Anna is one of our amazing HIIT + Strength Trainers, she loves being able to help train and motivate members from her living room/neighbourhood to theirs. Anna is a mother of two living in sunny Marlborough where the wine grows and flows! She's a HIIT kind of girl and loves the combo of resistance training and HIIT in Ignite! When she's not working, she loves exercising outdoors and heading down the Sounds with her fam. "I wouldn’t say I’m naturally fit or a naturally fast runner, I’ve had to work damn hard to get to where I am now and I’m proud of myself for it!"

Kathryn Schirmer
HIIT + Strength Trainer
Certificate III in Fitness & currently near completion of Certificate IV. Dr Stacy Sims Certificate Menopause 2.0. Empowered Scholarship Program - Active Farmers.
Kathryn lives on a farm just outside Lockhart, NSW, with her hubby Josh and their 5 children! Kathryn has her Cert III in fitness and has nearly finished her Cert IV, she is an Active Farmers trainer and she was an avid DediKate member before joining the team.
Kathryn also has a nursing and midwifery background, but has swapped her scrubs for activewear! She is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others, especially in the bush, by empowering them through fitness and wellbeing to improve both physical and mental health.

Yoga Trainer
Certified in Vinyasa Flow, 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. Reform Pilates Certified Trainer Module 1. Donna Farhi yoga foundations workshops.
Jacq lives in Mosgiel to be close to the Taieri airfield with her husband Tim who flys the local rescue helicopter, much to the delight of their 2.5 year old son Mackenzie who is a helicopter enthusiast! A passionate advocate of strength and fitness, she fell in love with the practice of yoga 10+ years ago to balance her active lifestyle and promote calm in the body and mind. Every year Jacq likes to undertake one big adventure to mark the year by, her favourite is multi-day ultra marathons anywhere from the Himalayas to the Amazon jungle.
