Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts are designed to be a short but high-intensity blast. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time to get results. You'll be amazed at what you can achieve and how time effective it is!
Power Sessions
Power Sessions are designed to be short but of a high intensity. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time, to get results without having to slave away for hours!
Power Sessions are 20 minutes with an optional challenging 2 minute finisher at the end. No equipment is needed.
Power Sessions include a levels system (beginners and levels 1, 2 and 3) so is suitable for nearly everyone, and thorough demonstrations that you can skip if you already know what to do.
Ignite
Ignite combines resistance training and HIIT to work and tone your entire body! You need a light set of dumbbells (around 1-3kgs) and a heavy set (around 4-8kgs) – the same as what you use for Sculpt.
This workout can be modified for different fitness levels by adjusting the weight of your dumbbells and by putting the weights down if it gets too challenging.
Ignite is 20 minutes of pure heart rate up, muscle burning goodness! You can do it!
HyBrix - Inspired by HYROX
HyBrix is our newest workout style, designed for real life and real strength.
Inspired by hybrid-style training, HyBrix blends functional strength and cardio into efficient 20–30 minute sessions you can do at home or anywhere. Using just dumbbells, kettlebells and your own bodyweight, these workouts focus on moving well, building strength, and lifting your overall fitness — without the need for fancy equipment or long training blocks.
Expect simple, powerful sessions that challenge your engine, build functional muscle, and leave you feeling strong, capable and energised. HyBrix is perfect for busy schedules, everyday performance, and anyone wanting smart, effective training that fits real life.
DediKate Minis
These are 5-10 minute mini workouts for busy days or to add onto the end of other workouts or exercise sessions. These are designed to be great bang for buck, so expect a challenge!
Resist-Ded
Welcome to the workout that does it all! Resist-Ded is a 20 minute high intensity resistance workout using resistance bands. You will tone and strengthen your entire body, with an extra focus on your legs and glutes.
To take part you will need a set of Kate Ivey Resistance Bands that you can purchase at our shop.
