Do I need equipment
Nope! You can choose between workouts that require equipment or workouts that have no equipment. The choice is yours and what fits best for you during the holidays!
What types of workouts are included in the plan?
There are a variety of workouts which include HIIT training, weight training, pilates and yoga. Follow the plan or choose your own!
Do I have to workout on New Years Eve and New Years?
No! We have designed this workout plan to allow balance and flexibility for your workouts during the holidays - most importantly to enjoy your time with your friends and family!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your DediKate Membership at any time. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due.
Is this open for both New Zealanders and Australians?
Yes it sure is! Infact anyone anywhere in the world can join!
Is this plan suitable for all fitness levels?
This plan is suitable for almost all fitness levels. Many of our workouts have beginner-advanced levels. Our trainers also give modifications for intense or hard exercises!
How much does the plan cost?

Kate Ivey - Founder, CEO and Trainer
Founder and Trainer
Bachelor of Physical Education, Scholarship in Exercise Prescription, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Certificate in Food and Nutrition.
Founder and CEO of Kate Ivey Fitness and DediKate, Kate is passionate about helping women to be successful with their health and fitness, while maintaining balance. She started DediKate to help busy Kiwi women like herself to lead positive, healthy and fitness-filled lives.

Amy Allport - Nutritionist
Nutritionist

Amy has worked in the health and fitness industry for 10 years helping people to break down barriers and reach their goals in fitness, public health and clinical nutrition. She is passionate about helping women to overcome the struggle to find balance and reduce the pressure around healthy eating. She has a down to earth and purely scientific approach.

Anna McDermid - Head Trainer
Certificate in Exercise Level 3 and 4, Certificate in Group Fitness Level 3
Anna is a passionate fitness trainer, who at DediKate specialises in HIIT and Strength. She is also a keen runner and loves getting out in nature. Anna loves motivating women to be at their best and to push themselves in a realistic way.

Helen Cole - Yoga Instructor
E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance.
Helen has taught yoga for twelve years, with over a thousand teaching hours of experience. She has a passion for anatomy and brings a wealth of knowledge on how the body works as it moves through postures and sequences, combined with the breath. She loves introducing beginners to yoga, watching them transform from the inside out, and challenging more experienced yogis to achieve something thought beyond the realm of possibility.
