Buy From The Bush x DediKate Challenge Giveaway

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, DediKate refers Buy From The Bush whose Instagram handle is @buyfromthebush. The prizes to be won refers to the 4x $250 Buy From The Bush vouchers to be won every week.

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. One winner from New Zealand or Australia will be selected at random by DediKate every Monday.

The BFTB x DediKate competitions with entry via the BFTB x DediKate Facebook Support Group are only open to residents of New Zealand and Australia.

Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.

Each entrant shall enter the competition via Facebook by seeing the specified post on the BFTB x DediKate Support Group Facebook page.

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Facebook, using a random number generator. DediKate will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

DediKate takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, DediKate reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to DediKate if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, DediKate reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of DediKate after the winner has been selected.

How to win: Please see the relevant post each week in the BFTB x DediKate Fitness Challenge Support Group. Here you will comment as per the question asked. One winner will be drawn at random each Monday. One entry per comment, so members can comment underneath other comments for more entries.
